Eligibility, exclusions, and processing details for VideoFlux refunds
2026/08/16
You may request review of an unused subscription payment or credit-package purchase within seven calendar days of purchase. Approval is discretionary except where applicable law requires otherwise. A purchase is no longer unused once any credits issued by it have been consumed.
Email [email protected] from the address on your VideoFlux account. Include the transaction date, amount, Waffo order or payment reference, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.
We aim to respond within 48 hours and, when approved, submit the refund to Waffo within five business days. Your bank or payment method may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the credit. Currency conversion and bank fees are controlled by the payment provider.
Consumed credits, expired credits, partially used packages, completed generation costs, and renewal periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with the artistic interpretation of a successfully delivered AI output is not a technical failure. Accounts suspended for fraud, chargeback abuse, or material Acceptable Use violations are not eligible except where law requires.
When VideoFlux confirms that a generation failed before producing a deliverable video, the credits charged for that task are automatically returned to the user's VideoFlux balance. This is a credit reversal, not a cash refund, and does not extend the original credits' commercial terms. Duplicate callbacks and retries are protected by an idempotent refund record.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period, and unused subscription credits still expire according to the Terms of Service.
